This place is perfect for family gatherings at barakada's night. Very clean ang pool well maintain and masarap din po ang food nila sa kanilang resto.
Megrande resort has a lot to offer from pool, resto, rooms, children's play ground and the black sand beach. Halos lahat eh nandito na kaya perfect for outhing talaga. It's also good for budget traveler ha because the place is not expensive. From the pool 80 to 100 pesos, entrance is 25 pesos and it's cottages is around 280 to 550. I don't know sa room kasi di pa namin nasusubukan kasi nga malapit lang bahay namin sa lugar na ito.
It's beautiful and clean black sand beach PLAYGROUND in MEGRANDE
It's Resto has a beach view so plus points yun para sa akin and affordable siya compare to other resorts resto.

Museo Dabawenyo
The Museo Dabawenyo is one of the Divisions under the City Mayor’s Office of the City Government of Davao established through City Ordinance No. 0266-06 Series of 2006. It is being run in collaboration with the private sector. It is a "people's museum" and its programs are geared towards better historical and cultural awareness, understanding and integration.
The Museo Dabawenyo is the former Court of First Instance of Davao City constructed in 1953 along Magallanes Street now A. Pichon Street. In 1993, when the court transferred to Ecoland, it became the office of the Davao City Disaster Coordinating Council.
In 2005, Mrs. Soledad “Nanay Soling” Duterte spearheaded the creation of a Museo Dabawenyo Project Team headed by Mayor Rodrigo R. Duterte and with working committees composed of selected City Government officials together with experts in the field of architecture, history, culture and arts from the private sector. This team was tasked to do the conceptualization and planning for the museum, including the reconstruction and restoration of the old CFI building where the museum will be built.
In 2005, the building was demolished to make way for the construction of the museum the following year. The museum building was completed in 2007. On November 15, 2006, Mayor Rodrigo R. Duterte signed into law City Ordinance No. 266-06, “An Ordinance Establishing the Museo Dabawenyo, Providing for its Permanent Home and for Other Purposes”. The ordinance was sponsored by then Councilor Susan Isabel Reta, the Chairman of the Committee on Tourism and Beautification.
The museum was formally opened on March 14, 2008 during the 71st Araw ng Dabaw Celebration. The Chief-of-Staff of Mayor Rodrigo R. Duterte, Ms. Patricia Melizza B. Ruivivar concurrently served as Officer-in-Charge, Museum Director, with Mr. Richard D. Vilar and Mr. Orly L. Escarrilla of the City Tourism Operations Office handling the showcase and administrative concerns respectively. Later, Mr. Roland Victor Fortun was hired as Acting Head of Research, Information and Dissemination.
Most of the artifacts on exhibit during the first few months of operations were donations from Ms. Baby Babao of the Davao Historical Society, Kaliwat Theater Collective, paintings of Mr. Mark Tolentino and some collections of Mr. Ven Gallego and Architect Jose Racho. Students of Philippine Women’s University of Davao painted a seascape and a landscape that served as backdrop of the Indigenous and Muslim Peoples Galleries.

Jack's Ridge Resort and restaurant
The land on which Jack's Ridge now stand once formed part of the headquarter of the retreating Japanese forces towards the end of the World War II. The Americans had landed in Davao on May 1, 1945, forcing the Japanese to beat a path to Matina Hills where they had a commanding view of the Davao Gulf where the American ships were anchored. Fierce fighting soon erupted between the two forces, and as history shown us, the Japanese lost.
Today, more than half a century later, Jack's Ridge is filled with reminders of its historic past. Caves dug by the Japanese pockmark the area, and once in a while people still find bullets and other war materials in the rocky soil.
There is also talk that hidden somewhere in the caved are gold bullions and other treasure that the Japanese had taken from other countries and brought to Davao.
Whatever the truth is about the treasure, Jack's Ridge maintains the feature that made it an important outpost for the retreating Japanese forces, a commanding view of Davao City and the Gulf, the same view within the premises is also refreshing, since the owner has made its mission to preserve the natural beauty of the place.
Jack's Ridge was built to offer a completely new experience to dinners, and its not over yet, more development are under way to make it the premier dining resort in Davao City.
Indeed, Jack's Ridge is making it's own mark in Davao City's History.

SEAGULL MOUNTAIN RESORT
But dahil san aka leave na ako so wala na akong choice but to pursue my journey.
SEAGULL Mountain Resort is best for summer escapade.
In terms of their comfort room I would say it's very clean even sa tent area lang ako.

I like the place and it's very soothing. I highly recommend this to all husband na kuripot ( Mang libre naman kayo sa wife niyo ). Malinis ang lugar at gusto ko ang ambiance nang lugar very cool compare to rainy season nang Davao City.
After 2 years babalik ako dito with my family.;)
Loleng’s Mountain Resort
At my second time in this resort, I felt there’s no difference from the first I came here with my family. It’s still the best place in Davao for family bonding and recreation. It’s not that big compare to its nearby resort Eden, but it is more solemn and less crowd. It was Sunday when we came here but still we enjoy the privacy that we want.

Budget Friendly
What I didn’t expect is it’s price… Very budget friendly perfect for solo and family with kids. I only spent 320 pesos for the 4 of us including entrance fee and swimming pool. I brought my Kovea Moonwalker stove to cook inside the resort just to feel the aroma of picnic and hiking. The place is cool and the pool was so cold. It revitalize my bloodstream and I believe it is good for your health.

We spend 5 hour in this place 2 hours of that time was spend by my daughter in Loleng’s playground. My son Theo “Agila” spend his time feeding the birds and fishes in the pond. We have a great time here in Loleng's. Oozing cold and priceless smile from my kids signifies that within my heart I have a wonderful moment in this place.
